An allows users to select, exclude and restore data through the use of traditional "check box" and range controls.
Inserting a New Analysis Filter
In the Author Ribbon, select the "Add New Chart" button .
From Pick Charts, select the Analysis Filter button.
If the Data Configuration form is not already showing, select the configuration button to open the Data Configuration window.
From the Available Tables: list, select the Table that will be utilized for the Analysis Filter.
From the Available Fields: list, select the Field that will be utilized for the Analysis Filter. Only categorical fields are displayed.
Observe that the Filter Title: field is auto-populated based on the selected Table and Field. However; this field can be edited.
Select the OK button.
