Note: A role-based index to this ADVIZOR Help, as well as to auxiliary documentation on use and configuration of the software and to instructional videos, can be found at the , which is also referenced in the ADVIZOR Analyst applications.
Centralized Configuration of Project Coloring The Color Legend in ADVIZOR Analyst and Analyst/X has been enhanced to be the central place to configure color mapping in your project and simplify the user interface. The Color Model for the page can be selected, and the table and field to color by, and the color scale to map to the field's values can be chosen here. There's a new option to reverse the direction of most color scales, too, and a link to the Color Models page in the Project Workshop for advanced control. In the Project Workshop, the Custom Colors area has been consolidated next to the Color Model details.
Counts Chart Updates The Counts chart has had a couple changes: the default configuration now shows a "Removed" value to distinguish rows that have been filtered out from those that are excluded; and the default display now automatically scales to a smaller font if the standard number of rows won't fit in its window.
Defects Corrected Several software defects have been repaired, including:
Data Sheet and other charts' zoombars now work proportionally in browsers connected to ADVIZOR Server AE, as they do in the desktop applications.
Flight Recorder bookmark playback problems in a couple egregious cases have been fixed.
In the Expression Builder, the difference "nowdataload -
dateField
" could return a negative number of days in some cases; this has been fixed.
If the X axis of a Line Chart is dragged to a new position, it will now be saved and restored correctly with the project.
Map Chart background can be an outline map if the outline data is loaded as another data source.
Note: the Internet Explorer browser is not fully compatible with this GitBook documentation publishing site (which you're currently reading), so please be sure to use an up-to-date browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
If all tables are connected by Color Links in the Color Model for a page, only one table can have a color-by field specified; if not all tables are linked, only one table will be able to have a color-by field set initially in the Color Legend, but other non-linked tables can have their coloring specified using the Modify button in the Project Workshop page for the Color Model.
See the ADVIZOR Implementation Guide for instructions on how to upgrade ADVIZOR Server AE from an earlier version.
