Data Blender Report distribution facility.

Advizor Analyst uses the Report E-mail distribution functionality, frequently, across numerous customers.

Steps to utilize the Data Blender Reporting Function.

  1. Launch the Application and open the appropriate Modeling File.

  2. Open an existing job or create a new one.

  3. The following screen is then posted.

  1. Select the 'Report' function, and the following Report window is displayed.

  1. Enter a ‘File Name:’ and a ‘Title:’ Also, set/change applicable formatting and modification options.

  1. Select the 'Distribute Report' checkbox. Then select the 'Distribution Setup' button.

  1. After selecting the 'Distribution Setup' button, Complete the pertinent fields.

  1. Select the 'Distribution' button.

  1. From this 'Options' screen, the user can add the 'Distribution Lists', as well as, change/set other options related to the E-mailing.

  1. Once all settings and info are correct, Select the 'Save & Exit' button.
